Johanna Neumann is the donor development director for Environment Illinois. In this role, Ms. Neumann works to identify top supporters for our organization, educate them about our work, seek opportunities for deeper involvement, financial and beyond.

 Ms. Neumann brings more than a decade of organizing and advocacy experience on environmental issues to her role. Prior to becoming the donor development director for Environment Illinois, Neumann served as a regional director with our national federation, Environment America. She has appeared on national media outlets like Hardball with Chris Matthews and been quoted in the Chicago Tribune and Washington Post. Neumann began her environmental advocacy and organizing career in 2001, after graduating from Tufts University with a degree in biology and environmental studies.
